A prestigious medical college for women, Symbiosis Medical College for Women is the creation of Prof. Dr. S.B. Mujumdar, Chancellor and Founder of Symbiosis International.


The College is popularly known as SMCW, Pune. It was established in 2020, affiliated with Symbiosis International (Deemed) University, Pune, and recognized by the National Medical Commission (NMC). It is one of the leading Deemed Medical College in Maharashtra.

Upper limit –The National Medical Commission of India has removed the upper age.

Candidates are allowed to take the NEET test as many times as they want.
